Bancassurance is a main strategic field of the UNIQA Group and is becoming of increasing relevance in the CEE region. As part of our expansion drive, we seek for an experienced professional for the following position:

Product Manager, International Bancassurance (CEE)

You will be based in Vienna and will work with the Head of Product Development in achieving the product related goals for bancassurance through the development and the support in the implementation of new product initiatives and re-packaging of existing products.

Job responsibilities:
· To develop new bancassurance product solutions and product variants as well as re-design and re-pack existing products based on our bancassurance product strategy
· To ensure that all products fulfill the UNIQA actuarial and risk management standards
· To actively support UNIQA´s local product development teams in CEE on the implementation of new bancassurance products
· To monitor product performance results
· To conduct a comprehensive product documentation, ensuring best practice sharing across all UNIQA International bancassurance markets

Qualifications:
· University degree in actuarial mathematics
· Minimum 5 years solid experience in insurance product development, preferably in bancasssurance
· Strong affinity for “out of the box” thinking and innovation with the perspective of product development
· Strong relationship management skills to build effective business relations with international customers (local UNIQA companies) and external providers
· Persistent, self-motivated, open minded, creative and proven self-starter
· Flexibility and capacity to adapt
· Willingness to travel abroad (CEE)
· Very good knowledge of English
