Actuary

Tasks

• Modelling of actuarial problems (deriving tariffs, balances, calculations) in the field of health insurance for the domestic and foreign companies of the UNIQA Group
• Analysis of results and expressing these in calculations
• Working on balance sheet calculations in line with IAS standards  

Requirements

• Knowledge of (actuarial) mathematics
• Understanding of how to create mathematical models
• A high degree of competence with Excel and statistical queries
• Understanding of how to create and use algorithms
• Independent thinking, team spirit and energy
• Knowledge of English  

The following would also be of advantage

• Knowledge of Polish or Hungarian
• Knowledge of VP/MS software
• Knowledge of the international IAS system or US-GAAP
