Programmes of basic and advanced training tailored to the demands of the Company and the needs of its staff ensure continuous improvement of qualifications.

Motivation

The qualification, motivation and potential  of all staff is regularly evaluated in discussions. Possibilities for improvement are pointed out. We see the satisfaction of our staff as the prerequisite for reaching our common targets.

Quality

The optimization of quality depends on new stimuli, e.g. from competitions with rewards for excellent service or customer care. Many staff members have committed themselves to a system related to success and show willingness to think and act like entrepreneurs.
