The success of UNIQA will ultimately be determined by the success of its staff.Economy Our success requires networked thinking. Any action will have effects on other areas and on the Company as a whole. Every staff member bears part of the responsibility for UNIQA. Competence Programmes of basic and advanced training tailored to the demands of the Company and the needs of its staff ensure continuous improvement of qualifications. Motivation The qualification, motivation and potential of all staff is regularly evaluated in discussions. Possibilities for improvement are pointed out. We see the satisfaction of our staff as the prerequisite for reaching our common targets. Quality The optimization of quality depends on new stimuli, e.g. from competitions with rewards for excellent service or customer care.
