Raiffeisen Life Insurance Company LLC is a limited liability company which offers  a wide range of bank assurance services for all retail clients of Raiffeisenbank. The shareholders of Raiffeisen Life are UNIQA Group with 75% of share in the capital and ZAO Raiffeisenbank with 25% of share in the capital. Raiffeisen Life has developed special life insurance products for the russian market in cooperation with ZAO Raiffeisenbank. The insurance products are sold via approximately 170 branch offices of Raiffeisenbank.
