In Austria, UNIQA will focus strongly also on regional competence and practical customer closeness. This requires lean structures, new, rapid and simple processes as well as products clearly geared towards the customers' needs. With its 300 regional service centres as "Small Local Insurers", UNIQA is and remains the Austrian insurance with the strongest regional presence.

The four operative companies

• UNIQA Sachversicherung AG,
• UNIQA Personenversicherung AG,
• CALL DIRECT Versicherung AG and
• FinanceLife Lebensversicherung AG

are managed as independent profit centre by a Management Board team consisting of the same persons since 1.7.2011.

The chairman of the Management Board of these four companies, Hartwig Löger, will also be a member of the holding's Management Board.
