The UNIQA Versicherungen AG originated in 1999 as a result of the name change and brand implementation of UNIQA. It is the Group holding company of the UNIQA Group Austria and operates as the central reinsurer for the Group. The UNIQA Versicherungen AG is the only Group company listed on the stock exchange.
