Hannes Bogner is a member of the management board of UNIQA Versicherungen AG, responsible for the Group accounting, controlling, asset assessment (Back Office) and investor relations.

In 1998, Hannes Bogner was appointed as deputy member of the management board of the Bundesländer-Versicherung and the Austria-Collegialität, the precursor companies of the UNIQA Group, after he had contributed to the Group’s success in various assignments since 1994.

Before this time, Hannes Bogner was employed at Price Waterhouse in Vienna from 1988 to 1994, and before that at the THS Treuhand Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft in Salzburg from 1984.

The studied business economist, with the special areas of auditing and trusts, business taxation management and industrial management / Controlling, achieved his appointment as a chartered accountant in 1993, and already as a tax advisor in 1988.

Born in Bad Aussee, Hannes Bogner is married and father of one child.
