Our commitment to the Code of Corporate Governance

The UNIQA Group has committed itself since 2004 to compliance with the Austrian Code of Corporate Governance and publishes this compliance declaration both in the Group annual report and on the Group website under www.uniqagroup.com -> Investor Relations -> Corporate Governance. The Austrian Code of Corporate Governance is also publically available at www.corporate-governance.at.

UNIQA declares its continued willingness to comply with the Austrian Code of Corporate Governance, as currently amended.

The purpose of the Code of Corporate Governance is to ensure responsible management and control of the company oriented around sustainable and longterm value creation. Through our commitment, we want to contribute to strengthening the trust of shareholders in the Austrian capital market. The code represents a framework for the management and monitoring of a company and is adapted and further developed every year by the Austrian Working Group for Corporate Governance.
