UNIQA Versicherungen AG, listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange, has acquired further shares of the German Mannheimer AG Holding via the Group’s company UNIQA Personenversicherung AG. As a result of this transaction, the share of UNIQA Personenversicherung AG in Mannheimer AG Holding has increased from 4.88% to 7.72%.
