UNIQA Increases its holding in Deutsche Mannheimer AG Holdingshare with voting rights rises from 4.88% to 7.72%. UNIQA Versicherungen AG, listed on the Vienna Stock Exchange, has acquired further shares of Deutsche Mannheimer AG Holding through UNIQA Personenversicherung AG, its operative company for the health/casualty lines.  This transaction increases UNIQA Personenversicherung AG’s portfolio of Mannheimer AG Holding ordinary shares from 4.88% to 7.72%.
