With its new health website, UNIQA meets the challenge of information services in the Internet and use the innumerable possibilities of this special medium to their full capacity. MedUNIQA’s design is now simpler and its navigation structure has been slightly adapted to make it easier to use.

The content of MedUNIQA has been restructured and offers information on the following topics: Update, service, lexica, knowledge, health and fitness, family, dental care, and travel. UNIQA’s VitalClub also publishes regular information and news on wellness and health care with various focuses on special medical topics.

New look for “Aktuell” (Update), easy search for medical specialists    

Topical articles and news have been reorganised and are to be found under the heading “Aktuell” which is subdivided into categories, such as news, magazine & series.

Another innovation is the “Buch Aktuell”(new books)-column in which users can find the most recent publications on health, nutrition and wellness. The “Doctor’s Search” page has been enlarged by a map showing the location and route to the selected specialist.

A completely new item is the “Psycho-Suche” (Psycho-Search) with a comprehensive list of psychotherapists, psychologists and supervision specialists, including detailed information on their availability.

On-line anatomy atlas   

With the publication of “anatomicus” UNIQA has produced a special highlight for all users interested in aspects of health. The picture gallery of “anatomicus” offers detailed insight into the anatomy of the human body to users who wish to increase or intensify their anatomic knowledge.
