The UNIQA Group Austria has carried out an in-depth analysis of the two Slovenian insurance companies - Slovenica and Adriatic - but will not make a binding offer for a majority take-over of the two companies.

Slovenia continues to be one of UNIQA Group Austria’s strategic target countries in their concentration on Central Europe and UNIQA will continue to intensively observe the interesting Slovenian market and carefully monitor possible entry options.
