As part of the new UNIQA 3.0 strategy program, UNIQA has set itself the goal of becoming the most attractive employer in the industry by 2024. To this end, a wealth of measures have been designed that are to be implemented over the next few years.
Working per se is currently undergoing massive changes due to new activities and jobs, digital media and home office; at the same time, the demands on employees are changing, as different, new skills are increasingly required, and the spatial working environment is also undergoing significant change.
Comprehensive measures to become the most attractive employer by 2024
Just as the realities of work have changed massively in recent years due to digitalisation, hybrid work models and new activities and jobs, the demands on employees have also changed. Increasingly, different, sometimes completely new and often digital skills are needed. In order to become the best employer in the industry by 2024, we have implemented changes and improvements in many areas. To this end, five central fields of action have been defined, which we intend to work on intensively over the next few years.
- Employee Experience: We offer an outstanding employee journey along Group-wide standards.
- Employee Engagement: We are shaping a culture of Inspiring Coaches in line with our principles and a target corporate culture defined in the spirit of UNIQA 3.0.
- Learning & Leadership: A definition of competencies that makes all employees Inspiring Coaches and corresponding further development, reflection and "feedforward" are at the heart of leadership work.
- Digital Skills: We are digitising our processes and developing data-based management of HR work.
- Future of Work: We are designing the workspaces and working methods of the future.
