Corporate Responsibility Reporting

Our strategy shapes and increases our contribution towards delivering the Sustainable Development Goals. Our reporting follows mandatory and voluntary standards as set our below.

The Austrian Sustainability and Diversity Improvement Act (NaDiVeG), which transposed EU Directive 2014/95/EU (NFI Directive) on the mandatory disclosure of non-financial indicators into national law. In publishing the Non-Financial Report we are fulfilling the requirements of the NaDiVeG.

In the Non-Financial Report we base our approach and reporting on voluntary international standards and guidelines such as the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) guidelines based on “Core Option”.

Our Corporate Responsibility Reports also reaffirm our commitments to the principles of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC). Our effort is on voluntary basis and its initiative is based on CEO commitments to implement the ten principles of the UNGC. The core areas are human rights, labour, environmental protection and anti-corruption efforts. We have been a signatory in the UNGC since May 2020. The ten principles of the UNGC have additionally been incorporated into the Code of Conduct applicable throughout the Group, which reflects our corporate culture and governs our responsibilities to our customers, business partners and employees. We joined further memberships and report on progress regularly (see also “Memberships & Ratings”).
